1. Processing Time: Each set is handcrafted with intention. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared before it is transferred to the carrier.
2. Shipping Time: Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• 🇨🇦 Canada: 2-10 business days (Express: 1-4 days)
• 🇺🇸 United States: 4-10 business days (Express: 2-4 days)
• 🌍 International: 5-20 business days (varies by location)

No. For our US clients, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable duties and taxes are covered by Velvetkay, meaning you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

• Standard Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $89 USD (4-10 business days).
• Express Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $160 USD (2-4 business days).

Yes, we ship globally. However, customs policies vary by region:

• Canada: No duties apply (Domestic).
• Australia & NZ: Duties & Taxes are included for most orders (typically under low-value thresholds).
• UK & Europe: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). VAT and customs fees are not included in the price and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If you have sizing questions, please reach out before purchasing. For first-time clients, we may assist with a one-time size adjustment on unused nails if sizing is an issue. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and before use.

Short Wear (1–5 Days)

Ideal for events, photoshoots, or effortless style changes. Enjoy a clean, gentle removal without soaking, helping maintain both nail health and set integrity.

Extended Tab Wear (5-7+ Days)

With proper nail prep (alcohol cleanse and light buffing) and our optional heat method, many clients achieve a stronger, more secure hold suitable for everyday routines.

Considering Nail Glue?

Nail glue can extend wear up to 3–4 weeks, but is not included. We recommend adhesive tabs to preserve the reusability and longevity of your Velvetkay set.

Yes. Our nails are highly durable and specifically designed for multiple uses. Since we avoid harsh liquid glues, there is no damage to the nail tip during removal. Just gently remove the used sticky tab, and your set remains in perfect condition for your next application.

At Velvetkay, we choose not to include liquid glue by default.
