1. PROCESSING TIME

Each set is prepared with intention and attention to detail. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before your order is transferred to the carrier.
Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time listed below.

3. SHIPPING DELAYS & SEASONAL VOLUME

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guarantees.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (Christmas, Lunar New Year, Black Friday) or promotional events, processing and delivery times may be extended due to high carrier volume.
  • Unforeseen Issues: VELVETKAY STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS THAT OCCUR AFTER THE PARCEL HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY (E.G., CUSTOMS HOLD-UPS, WEATHER, OR CARRIER ISSUES).

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is successfully marked as “Delivered” by the carrier at the address provided, Velvetkay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For added security, we recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance coverage.

5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete (including unit/apartment numbers) at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
